What is the inspiration behind The Mountain Dwellers?
The Mountain Dwellers were inspired by a passion for the outdoors and sustainability. By creating simple, outdoor themed apparel, we want to encourage people around the world to get outside and be more sustainable with regards to protecting Planet Earth.
How did The Mountain Dwellers get its name?
The Mountain Dwellers is partly inspired by a past of tree-planting and fighting wildfires along with being an avid fan of camping and hiking. A passion for the outdoors and much time spent outdoors led to "The Mountain" part of the name. The "Dwellers" came from the fact that this brand is for people who mentally "dwell" on mountains/nature, even when they're not interacting with them right away and also for those who literally dwell in the outdoors. How long will it take me to get my items?
On average, our products take between 2-7 business days to be created. All of our products are created on demand, so you won't get any dusty old shirts sitting in a warehouse somewhere! The vast majority (97.66%) of orders from our supplier are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders from them are shipped within 3 business days or less. The total time to get your items will depend on the shipping option (see below) you choose as well.
How long are your shipping times?
The shipping times for each shipping option we offer are as follows:
- Overnight: next day delivery in the US
- Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
- Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
- Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
- No rush: 10-20 business days internationally
- Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
Please note that orders outside of the United States may incur additional customs and duty fees.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
Please see our Refund Policy for more information, but basically our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original receipt.
